Notes. To self.
I was procrastinating the other day (shocking...) and came across this old 'note' on Facebook.
Facebook Notes. Remember those? A primitive version of Facebook procrastination in which you were asked to do and share random things in note form. Below, I think, is the only one I actually did.
It is 5 years old and an interesting look at who my 22 year old self was vs. who my 27 year old self is today. Good reminders of who you are and that some things never change (and perhaps never should), while other goals, thoughts, things have been lost along the way and need to be reclaimed.
So here we go:

Rules: Once you've been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 25 random things, facts, habits, or goals about you. At the end, choose 25 people to be tagged. You have to tag the person who tagged you. If I tagged you, it's because I want to know more about you.
(To do this, go to “notes” under tabs on your profile page, paste these instructions in the body of the note, type your 25 random things, tag 25 people (in the right hand corner of the app) then click publish.

Boom. And there you have it. For the record, I no longer knit (sad, I should pick that back up) and I have yet to go back to Africa. I still want to be a rebel, travel writer and my eyes still tell the truth when I do not. I should talk to my parents more often, but Thanksgiving and Easter are still my favorite holidays. And I'm pretty sure I did try every cupcake shop that existed in London in 2009. Most of the other things remain true, except, of course that now I am in New York.
Me. On the Left. Circa 2009. I believe for this photo we were told to 'act like bunnies' - this is one part of an entire 'act like' shoot. Truth.
Lets see what the next 5 years will bring. What will 32 year old Heather say and do?
